Exercise is one of the best tools we can have in our Fibro Management toolkit.
Exercise and/or just plain movement is for people with Fibromyalgia like oil is for the Tin Man from the Wiz.
Exercise doesn’t necessarily mean lifting weights or an hour-long boot camp. It can be dancing with your children or grandchildren or going on a 5-minute walk (or to the end of the block and back) with them.
